Payments: How can I pay my fees?

We offer our clients four ways to pay:

By Go Cardless

Go Cardless is an easy and fast way to set up a direct debit to pay your fees. The Go Cardless button to set this up can be found at the top right of this page- Just click on the button and follow the instructions to set this up.

 

By Credit/Debit Card

To pay by credit or debit card please telephone our central administration department on 01273 739592. Please have your credit/debit card to hand and also quote your account reference number to ensure that we correctly allocate your payment.

 

By Internet banking or BACs

To make a payment via internet banking or BACs, the payment should be made to our account at NatWest Bank below:

 

Sort Code:                    53-61-02

Account Number:              60064323

 

It is extremely important that you quote your account reference number (found next to the heading “Statement of Accountant”) when making your payment to enable us to allocate your payment. We receive no other information from your bankers.

 

By Cheque

Clients can pay by cheque by sending them to:

Cheques should be made to “Cardens Accountants” and clients should write their reference number on the reverse side to ensure that it is correctly allocated.

 

Cardens Accountants reserves the right to charge interest at 2% per month or part month on amounts remaining unpaid after 30 days.

What cloud accounting software do you have available to your customers?

 

At Cardens we have FreeAgent and Xero cloud accounting software available to our customers. We can usually offer discounts if you subscribe through us, so it’s worth talking to us about it.
