After the Conservatives success in the May General Election, George Osborne will be announcing his 7th budget on 8th July. This is being referred to as an emergency budget or the summer budget.
Now that the Conservatives are in sole power, they want to set out their own policies based on their electoral mandate, the previous budget was set when they were part of the coalition, so there will be some differences.
The budget starts at 12.30 and all details will be followed closely by Keith Hall, one of the partners here at Cardens. He will tweet the key announcements and the impact that they will have on tax payers and owners of businesses. He will use @CountOnCardens as well as his own twitter account: @Keith_Hall
At the end of the budget Keith will be running a question and answer session via Twitter for all those important questions you might have about what this budget will mean for you – simply send your questions to us @CountOnCardens or @Keith_Hall
